We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven, and bilingual Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our Fort Lauderdale location.

Position Overview
The Assistant Spa Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting daily operations, driving revenue growth, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, professionalism, and a commitment to achieving both operational and sales goals.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching employees
Help motivate and develop Front Desk Coordinators and Estheticians
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Assist with performance management and employee accountability
Operations Management
Ensure smooth daily spa operations
Manage inventory and product ordering
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Assist with scheduling and staff coverage
Handle cash management and operational procedures
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional client experiences
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Build strong client relationships and improve retention
Ensure client satisfaction standards are maintained
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive membership, package, product, and service sales
Coach team members on consultation and sales techniques
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
Help achieve monthly revenue goals
Marketing & Community Engagement
Assist with social media engagement
Build relationships with local businesses
Participate in marketing initiatives and community events
Help generate new client opportunities
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
Valid authorization to work in the United States
Previous management, assistant management, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong sales experience and proven ability to meet goals
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software
Beauty, spa, wellness, retail, hospitality, or medical office experience is a plus
