Most internet providers promise fast speeds. AT&T Fiber actually delivers them equally, in both directions, to every device in the house. We're seeking a Junior Account Representative to bring that message to the greater Boca Raton region. The Junior Account Representative meets our customers in person and helps them understand how AT&T Fiber makes everyday connectivity feel different.
As a Junior Account Representative, you'll receive sales training in fiber-optic technology and customer account management. The Junior Account Representative goes beyond basic sales tasks, evaluating our customers' connectivity needs in person to recommend the perfect AT&T Fiber plan. Core Functions of the Junior Account Representative:
- Engage our customers in person to introduce AT&T Fiber’s ultra-fast speeds and reliable connection that elevates everyday home internet value
- Guide accounts through sales consultations that highlight product features and benefits
- Build lasting customer relationships in person by demonstrating how AT&T Fiber’s performance is superior to the competition
- Drive sales by matching customers with the right AT&T Fiber plan that delivers value and benefits
- Assist with account closures while clearly detailing the reliable fiber-optic performance that keeps clients seamless and productive
- Nurture existing accounts through sales conversations that reinforce AT&T Fiber’s reliable service and long-term satisfaction
Required Skills of the Junior Account Representative:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communications, Sales, Marketing, and/or another related field is required
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-focused environment is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills are required
- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are required
- Ambitious professional who is career-driven by growth and client satisfaction

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,750.00 per week
