MST Motorsports is a family-owned repair shop in Washington, Utah providing diagnostics, repair and service for UTVs, side-by-sides, trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs. In-house shock rebuilds, suspension service, clutch tuning, alignments, and vehicle auto repair & maintenance.
MST Motorsports is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to perform advanced engine diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, drivability repair, and full-service automotive repair.

This is not a lube tech or parts changer position. We’re looking for a technician who can diagnose problems correctly, repair them efficiently, and take ownership from start to finish and will be well compensated for this skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform automotive diagnostics including engine, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Diagnose and repair check engine light issues, misfires, and mechanical failures.
- Complete automotive repair services including brakes, suspension, steering, and drivetrain
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and wiring diagnostics
- Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance services
- Document findings using digital inspection tools.
- Alignment experience not required but preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–10+ years experience as an Automotive Technician or Auto Mechanic in a professional shop or dealership.
- Strong ability in engine diagnostics, electrical diagnostics, and drivability troubleshooting
- Ability to complete jobs independently from diagnosis to repair
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE Certification (preferred, not required)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $30–$45/hr + performance bonuses (based on experience and efficiency)
- $65,000 – $100,000+ annually (no cap on earning potential)
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
