Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A Driver in the oil field industry.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmissions.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit, especially when handling specialized freight.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and daily vehicle inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding route updates, delivery statuses, and potential issues.
Experience
- Oil field services experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license.
- Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks comfortably and safely.
- Experience handling various types of freight.
- Prior delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving and load & unload procedures.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to trucking operations and cargo securement standards.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and customer service excellence.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
