Employment Solutions is looking for an Office Administrator for a home improvement installation company in the Phoenix (85009) area, near N. 27th Ave & W Encanto Blvd.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour - pay goes to $21.00 IF hired AFTER 90 days.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform general clerical duties: scanning, faxing, filing documents
- Maintain accurate notes on the computer during phone conversations
- Complete other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of corporate office experience
- Computer literacy and ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
- Bilingual (English and Spanish is a PLUS)
