Sea Island is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Sea Island, GA. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $24 to $30 per hour. You will keep luxury rental homes in flawless condition so every guest walks into a five-star experience.

- You bring at least three years of hands-on home or facilities maintenance experience

What You Will Do Each Day
- Perform basic to intermediate handyman repairs across a portfolio of luxury rental homes
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general home system issues
- Represent the Sea Island brand professionally during every guest interaction
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Document all work orders accurately using the maintenance app
- Escalate complex issues to the Maintenance Manager with clear notes
