Temporary / Short-Call Journey-Level 01 Electrician
Central Washington and Travel Assignments
Titan Electrical LLC is seeking Temporary (Short-Call) Journey-Level 01 Electricians for upcoming project-based work in Central Washington and out-of-town travel assignments. These positions are tied to specific projects and durations and are ideal for licensed electricians who are flexible and willing to travel as needed.

At-will employment in accordance with Washington State law
Responsibilities
- Perform journey-level electrical work in compliance with NEC, WAC, and AHJ requirements
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and agricultural environments
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents
- Bend and install conduit including EMT, RMC, and OCAL / Rob Roy up to 4"
- Pull and terminate conductors up to 750 kcmil
- Perform motor wiring and motor control installations
- Test electrical systems, circuits, and equipment for proper operation
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers
- Diagnose and correct system malfunctions using appropriate test equipment
- Follow Titan Electrical safety policies, Accident Prevention Plan, and all site-specific rules
- Comply with general contractor and customer jobsite requirements
- Accurately track and report time worked each day
Experience and Qualifications
- Valid Washington State EL01 Journey-Level Electrician license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Journey-Level Electrician
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel for out-of-town project assignments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Strong communication and professionalism on active jobsites
- Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
- Clean driving record may be required depending on project needs
Compensation
- Hourly pay starting at $53 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
- Prevailing wage paid when applicable on public works projects
- Per diem available for qualifying out-of-town assignments

- Employer-paid health insurance is not provided for temporary assignments under one year
- Optional employee-paid health insurance may be available upon request and management approval
Assignment Duration
- Work is project-specific and may end upon project completion or when work is no longer available
- A two-week notice is required from the employee for early resignation from an agreed assignment
