Don Tigre Mexican Cantina is looking for experienced, energetic Servers to join our team.
We are a high-volume Mexican restaurant & bar with a fast-paced, nightlife-driven environment. We’re looking for servers who can handle busy sections, stay organized under pressure, and provide excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service to all guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter into POS system
- Manage multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Upsell food, drinks, and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Weekend availability is required (Friday–Sunday)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
