Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Health Marketer to expand our community presence and foster meaningful relationships with referral sources. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through home health services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead territory management efforts, conduct product demonstrations, and drive growth within the home health sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share within designated territories by building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our home health services and solutions.
- Manage ongoing account relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Track sales activities meticulously using CRM tools and prepare detailed reports on territory performance.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals by executing targeted marketing initiatives and leveraging negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical or pharmaceutical sales, or scientific/medical equipment technical sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales with a focus on territory management and deal closing.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including familiarity with home health services, medical sales, or pharmaceutical markets.
- Ability to analyze market data to identify trends and develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating presentations and reports.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster customer service excellence.
- A background in medical or scientific technical sales will be considered an asset.
