Responsibilities
- Host engaging live streams on social media channels to promote products and brand initiatives
- Demonstrate product features through lively product demos that captivate viewers
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and building community rapport
- Manage social media accounts by creating content schedules, posting updates, and growing follower engagement
- Collect data on viewer preferences and feedback to inform future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan themed events or special promotions during live broadcasts
- Utilize public speaking skills to deliver compelling presentations that boost brand visibility and sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, demonstrating strong service skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and another language (bilingual preferred) for broader audience reach
- Strong social media management abilities with familiarity in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Twitch
- Ability to perform sales pitches confidently during live streams to drive product interest and conversions
- Experience in event marketing or hosting online events is highly desirable
- Exceptional public speaking and branding skills to effectively represent the company’s image
- Comfortable with data collection methods for tracking engagement metrics and viewer insights
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
