What You'll Do:
As our Lead Nail Technician, you'll continue performing exceptional services while helping guide the growth and success of our nail department.
You'll:
- Deliver exceptional luxury nail services and guest experiences
- Specialize in Structure Gel, Builder Gel/Hard Gel, and Gel-X Extensions
- Mentor and support fellow nail technicians
- Help maintain service standards, quality, and consistency
- Contribute ideas that inspire creativity, growth, and innovation
- Continue building your own clientele while helping elevate the entire department

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is both an exceptional nail artist and an inspiring leader.
Qualifications include:
- Current Pennsylvania Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
- Advanced experience with Structure Gel, Builder Gel/Hard Gel, and Gel-X Extensions
- Exceptional shaping, e-file, prep, and application skills
- Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices
- Professional, guest-focused attitude
- Positive leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Passion for mentoring others and helping a department grow
