UGEM operates video gaming terminals (licensed video slot machines) in nearly 500 Licensed Establishments throughout Illinois (bars, restaurants, gaming parlors, fraternal/veteran organizations, truck stops, and convenience stores), providing the most up-to-date game themes, white glove service, and state-of-the-art operations to its gaming partners.

POSITION DUTIES:
- Supervise and direct field technicians and route personnel to ensure maximum productivity
- Adhere to company procedures in order to maintain safety standards within the organization
- Database management
- Monitor service call response times and issues
- Interact directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues
- Dispatch technicians to resolve issues at establishments according to call prioritization.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills·
- Must exhibit a courteous demeanor
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Clean Driving Record
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Terminal Handler's License from the Illinois Gaming Board
