Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently, including sales upselling opportunities like wine or cocktail pairings
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including food ingredients, wine selections, spirits, and cocktail recipes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling, serving, and cleanup
- Assist with side duties such as bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
- Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Food safety certification or related sanitation training is desirable
