Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area, ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12-5pm 5Pm - 10pm
Duties
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of each vehicle.
- Operate cash registers for payment processing, including cash handling and providing change as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle arrivals and departures, utilizing retail math skills for transactions.
- Monitor parking areas for any issues or concerns, addressing them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, providing information about services offered.
- Assist with valet parking services as needed, demonstrating proficiency in driving various types of vehicles.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized parking area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles confidently; valet parking experience is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse customers.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
