Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Float to support ICU, Emergency Department (ED), and Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU) based on facility needs. The RN will provide safe, high-quality patient care across multiple acute care settings and must be comfortable adapting to different patient populations, acuity levels, and clinical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care across ICU, ED, and MSU within the scope of practice.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients with varying levels of acuity.
- Prioritize patient care and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assist with emergency procedures and critical care interventions as required.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other clinical parameters as appropriate.
- Support moderate sedation procedures according to facility protocols.
- Float between ICU, ED, and MSU according to staffing and patient-care needs.
- Maintain flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Previous acute-care experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to safely care for patients across ICU, ED, and Med-Surg settings.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
- Must be flexible to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,100.00 per week

- ICU: 2 years (Preferred)
- Medical-surgical: 2 years (Preferred)
- Emergency room: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- ACLS Certification (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)

- PALS Certification (Required)
