Become a vital link in delivering outstanding patient experiences and high quality vision care. We serve a diverse local community with many Spanish speaking patients. Basic math skills are required. We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience working in an Optometry clinic is highly valued.
* A strong background in customer service or retail sales, showcasing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Prior exposure to medical insurance verification, billing, or vision coding is a significant plus.
