Position: Triager / Appointment Setter

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Triager / Appointment Setter to engage with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport, identify qualified opportunities, and ensure a seamless handoff to the closer.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage prospective clients via phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize booked appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with closers to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Meet and exceed appointment-setting and conversion KPIs.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, BDR, Triager, or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-ticket sales or lead qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar.
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
