Unique Repair Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, on-site position where you will help customers, schedule service appointments, support our technicians, and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls
• Schedule service appointments and maximize booking opportunities
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Maintain customer records and account information
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Support technicians and other departments as needed
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, call center, scheduling, or sales experience
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills
• Strong computer and software skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension and basic math skills
• Availability to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• You dislike speaking with customers throughout the day
• You struggle with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• You are uncomfortable using computers and technology
• You prefer minimal interaction with coworkers and customers
