As a Sales Consultant, you'll represent one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands while helping customers find the perfect BMW to fit their lifestyle and needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right BMW vehicle and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stay knowledgeable about BMW products, technology, and promotions.
- Ensure a premium customer experience from initial contact through delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
