NyneCom LLC is looking for a high-performance Remote Full-Cycle B2B Sales Pro who can generate leads, book calls, follow up, present offers, and close qualified business owners.
We prefer a highly organized, decisive Integrator-type person who can work directly with the Founder, turn vision into execution, manage a team when the time comes, and help build the company from the ground up.
This is a commission-based 1099 contractor role for serious salespeople only. You must be able to hit the ground running and have the potential to transition into a leadership role such as Operations Manager.

Commission
You can earn:
- $2,000 per qualified closed sale
- $7,000 monthly for 10+ active accounts (drop below 10 active base pay stops)
Unless you graduate to Operations Manager, where you’ll earn:
- 10% of all collected client setup fees
- 10% of all collected monthly recurring revenue
- 10% of all trackable profit generated
- 10% equity
- Significant long-term upside as the company scales
Current client pricing includes:
- $15,000 setup fee
- $5,000 monthly retainer
- 10% of all trackable profit

At $100K monthly trackable profit per client
- $1,500 per client monthly × 12 = $18,000 per month

At $500K monthly trackable profit per client
- $5,500 per client monthly × 12 = $66,000 per month

Commissions are paid only on qualified closed deals after customer payment is received, verified, and approved. Income depends on your activity, follow-up, sales skill, qualified closed deals, customer payment, tracking accuracy, and management approval.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the full sales process:
- Prospect business owners
- Generate leads
- Book sales calls
- Follow up daily
- Present NyneCom’s offer
- Close qualified deals
- Track activity inside our systems
- Maintain your pipeline
- Communicate clearly with management
- Help build repeatable sales systems inside your business unit
This is not a passive role. You must be able to create activity, manage your own pipeline, and close.

Contractor Status
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
You are not being hired as a W-2 employee. You are responsible for your own taxes, tools, work setup, and sales activity. Compensation is performance-based and subject to written agreement.

- Have experience with GoHighLevel, Telegram, Slack, or similar systems
Experience as an Integrator, Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, COO, Agency Operator, or Senior Project Manager is a strong plus.
Pay: $250,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
