Our team of Licensed Practical Nurses provide nursing care within the scope of their license to client/patients in the comfort of their homes, under the direction of our Registered Nurses. Home Care, Recharged provides care to convalescent adults and seniors.
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be 25 years of age or older if required to operate an agency owned motor vehicle.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Certification as Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida,
- Complete knowledge of nursing principles and procedures of skills in the technique of good client/patient care.
- Determined proficient by taking Pre-Employment LPN Competency Test after Conditional Job Offer made, then again as needed, annually at a minimum.
- Good mental health and the quality of retaining emotional stability in situations of varying circumstances.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience, as a LPN in community health, preferred, OR if recent graduate, minimum 2 years’ experience in Home Health, Home Care, and/or in Community Health (e.g., Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facility), preferred
- Meets the physical and health requirements of the Home Health.
- Determined Eligible by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Level II Background Check
- Determined Eligible National Sex Offender Registry, OIG Exclusion List. Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Maintain Valid LPN License
- Maintain Valid Driver’s License
- Maintain Required Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Main required CEU’s, Job Specific Training as required
- Have and maintain a Safe and Reliable Motor Vehicle
- Current CPR (Hand On) and maintain
