Responsibilitie
- Our Prep cooks make $18-20/hour, which consists of $13/hour wage PLUS $5-7/hour tips (guaranteed, paid weekly), after 90 days you are eligible for a raise
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with rest of kitchen staff
- Answer, report, and follow kitchen manager's instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and timely fashion
