Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift – 12 Hour Shifts)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our night shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently to support production goals.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians on the night shift
- Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and reliability
- Use CMMS to manage work orders and track maintenance activity
- Partner with production to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing preferred)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, PLCs, and high-voltage equipment
- Experience with CMMS systems preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
