Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Site Management
- Lead site startup and closure logistics
- Coordinate with clients on kickoff calls for new site launches
- Prepare, pack, and ship clinic setup kits and required equipment (printers, cabinets, shredders, etc.)
- Arrange shipment and return of supplies and equipment upon project completion
Workforce Coordination & Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires including travel, PPE, and system setup
- Build and maintain schedules for all field personnel in UKG
- Provide ongoing support and communication to field staff
Time Tracking & Reporting
- Review, edit, and submit weekly timesheets for field personnel
- Ensure accurate reporting to accounting and client portals
- Collect and report monthly man-hours based on kickoff call requirements
Fleet & Vehicle Management
- Oversee all fleet operations including incoming and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate all vehicle repairs and maintenance (both in-field and at HQ)
- Manage scheduling through Enterprise Fleet system
- Gas card assignment and maintenance
- Coordinate transport, delivery, and pickup of vehicles for site launches and closures
Communication & Team Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing support
- Support bi-weekly team meetings/town halls
- Troubleshoot issues and route questions to the appropriate teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate daily with corporate leadership and internal teams
- Align on expectations, timelines, and operational priorities
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure accountability across projects
Required
- 2–5+ years of experience in operations, field coordination, or a similar role
- Experience supporting field teams, multi-site operations, or mobile workforce environments preferred
- Experience with scheduling platforms (e.g., UKG or similar) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with fleet coordination, inventory management, or equipment logistics is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Compensation Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for per diem.
