Bartender – Brazilian Steakhouse
Job Summary

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Our Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent bar service while also supporting the entire restaurant team.
This position participates in a tip pool, creating a team-focused environment where everyone works together to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and consistently.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests seated at the bar.
- Prepare beverages for Servers and the dining room while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Learn and confidently recommend our cocktails, wines, spirits, Brazilian drinks, and food offerings.
- Prepare traditional Brazilian cocktails, including Caipirinhas.
- Follow all recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
- Properly handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS procedures.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements.
- Assist teammates during high-volume periods and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Communicate effectively with Servers, Gauchos/Meat Servers, Bussers, Hosts, Managers, and Kitchen staff.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Tip Pool & Compensation
Bartenders participate in our restaurant's tip pool, allowing our front-of-house team to work together and share in the success of providing excellent service.
Our goal is simple: great teamwork creates great service, and great service creates great earning potential.
Compensation includes:
- Hourly base pay
- Participation in the restaurant tip pool

What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- High-volume restaurant or steakhouse experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working as part of a tip-pool and team-service environment.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet all Texas requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
