As a Travel Consultant (Activations) Representative, you will contact guests who have purchased pre-paid vacation packages and assist them with making travel arrangements. You will use consultative sales strategies to provide tailored recommendations, create excitement around vacation experiences, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel, sales, customer engagement, and achieving results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30am-8pm (Saturdays based on business need)

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION
What You'll Do:

Contact guests who have purchased vacation packages

Assist customers in planning and booking their travel experiences

Use consultative sales techniques to recommend vacation options and enhancements

Build excitement and create memorable guest experiences

Meet performance and sales goals in a team-oriented environment

Resolve guest inquiries with confidence and professionalism

Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting vacation experiences

Accurately document customer interactions and reservation details

Maintain knowledge of vacation products, promotions, and travel offerings
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED require

Sales, customer service, hospitality, or call center experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
