We are looking to hire TWO part time positions. One IN-studio and one that could be remote.

We are an award-winning luxury portrait studio looking for an enthusiastic, people-loving Client Experience Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility is simple:
Call warm leads, build genuine relationships, and schedule qualified portrait consultations.
These aren't cold calls. Every person you contact has already expressed interest in our portrait experiences. Your job is to connect with them, understand what they're looking for, answer their questions, and help them take the next step toward creating beautiful family heirlooms.
We believe luxury begins long before someone steps into our studio—it starts with the very first phone call.
What You'll Do
- Call warm leads each day
- Build authentic relationships with prospective clients
- Schedule portrait consultations on our calendar
- Follow up consistently with interested families
- Keep detailed notes and manage conversations in our CRM
- Represent our studio with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Meet and exceed weekly booking goals
You're Probably a Great Fit If You...

- Can make people feel comfortable within minutes
- Have a naturally upbeat, positive personality
- Are self-motivated and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
- Are confident without being pushy
- Listen well and ask thoughtful questions
- Enjoy sales because you genuinely enjoy helping people
- Are organized and dependable
- Can work independently while still being part of a team

- Experience in inside sales
- Appointment setting
