J.Con Salon & Spa is currently seeking a Guest Care Advisor who is passionate about providing world-class service. The Guest Care Advisor is a champion of J.Con’s mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently through the following (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned):
Responsibilities:

Must be able to effectively communicate to guests in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner while providing “world-class” service.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date point-of-sale (“POS”) program at all times. This includes all facets of the appointment book and the register.

Handles cash and credit card transactions

Meet Retail Weekly/Monthly Sales Goals

Responsible for accurate check in/check out salon guests.

Utilize proper phone etiquette when answering phones.
-
Provide excellent customer service by educating guests on products while ensuring an excellent experience from beginning to end.

Promote and represent J.Con in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of fast-paced, hospitality or retail/salon experience

Proficient with technology is a must (e.g., POS system and Apple devices)

Experience on salon booking software preferred

Commitment to excellence and high standards

Ability to maintain excellent telephone and professional customer service skills

Sales required

Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
