Yavapai County Community Health Services is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Dentist to serve in a dual role – providing 50% direct patient care and 50% administrative. Education:
Doctor of Dentistry (D.D.S.) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school. Active, valid Arizona dental license and federal DEA license required. Basic Life Support certification required.
Experience:
A minimum of one (1) year experience as a dentist in a dental office.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
Must possess a current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
