Parts Support Representative

We are building the next generation of integrated produce solutions—combining equipment, automation, and data to transform how food is processed and packed.
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Support Representative to support parts sales, quoting, order management, and customer engagement in a fast-paced environment. This role provides ownership of the parts sales process, including identifying correct components, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery and follow-through.
The Parts Support Representative works collaboratively with customers, service teams, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate part identification, competitive pricing, and efficient order fulfillment. This position plays a key role in driving revenue, maintaining strong customer relationships, and continuously improving the parts ordering experience based on customer relationships and operational insights.

This Parts Support Representative plays a key role in supporting Van Doren Sales customers. In this position, you will work daily with fruit warehouse personnel to sell replacement parts and solutions. You will communicate with customers and the Outside Sales team through multiple channels, gather the information needed, and process orders in our ERP system. Success in this role requires initiative, strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and motivation.
