Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and efficient baker to execute our daily production. This role is responsible for following the baking schedule and maintaining product quality and consistency. A minimum of 4 years professional baking experience is required and experience with gluten- free baking is a bonus.
Responsibilities

Follow and execute the daily production schedule efficiently.

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods.

Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance of all products.

Execute ingredient preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes.

Maintain and clean baking equipment and workstations.

Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Demonstrate a high level or organization.

Open to daily communication via Slack.
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years professional baking experience required

Minimum 2 year production baking experience required

Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and baking techniques.

Ability to work efficiently and multitask.

Must be available for early morning shifts and weekends.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must provide a copy of your Texas Food Handlers Certificate.

Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
