About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Craft elevated cocktails with precision, speed, and cultural storytelling
- Execute Dougla bar standards including build specs, batching, garnishing, and presentation
- Deliver warm, confident hospitality at the bar and tables
- Maintain bar organization including prep, restock, cleanliness, and nightly sidework
- Upsell intentionally to elevate guest experience and drive sales
- Operate POS efficiently with accurate ringing, comps, voids, and cash handling
- Collaborate with FOH + BOH to ensure smooth service flow
- Stay knowledgeable about cocktails, spirits, wine, food, allergens, and pairings
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced bartenders from full‑service or high‑volume environments
- Strong understanding of classic cocktails, build specs, and bar fundamentals
- Ability to multitask, stay composed, and move with purpose
- Natural hospitality instincts — you know how to read a bar and build rapport
- Familiarity with POS systems (Focus, Toast, Aloha, Micros, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail technique
- Curiosity about Indo‑Caribbean flavors, culture, and storytelling
- Bonus: experience with batching, inventory, or bar leadership
