Position Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Technician to join our aviation maintenance team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping aircraft safety systems operating at the highest standards by overhauling, repairing, and testing oxygen equipment, fire extinguishers, and related components. What You’ll Do:
As a Technician, you will:
- Overhaul and repair aircraft fire extinguishers, oxygen masks, and cylinder/regulator assemblies
- Receive, inspect, and evaluate incoming equipment and products
- Accurately complete work orders and required documentation
- Test equipment using pressure gauges and flow meters to ensure proper performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues by following OEM maintenance manuals and procedures
- Torque regulators to cylinders using manufacturer specifications
- Perform hydrostatic testing on oxygen cylinders
- Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly
- Identify and report potentially unsafe conditions
- Support the team with other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A&P Certification strongly preferred
Experience
- 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands‑on experience using hand tools
- Experience working with high‑pressure oxygen systems
- Aircraft or aviation industry experience preferred
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, parts manuals, safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to pass FAA pre‑employment Drug and Alcohol testing
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
