Seville Gear imports duffel bags, coolers, padfolios, backpacks, totes, and golf products, then applies branded logos via screenprint, pad print, heat transfer, or embroidery. Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will execute marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and support our overall marketing strategy — spanning digital marketing, print collateral, website management, and tradeshow coordination. The ideal candidate has a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Strategy
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice
- Track campaign performance and marketing budget; prepare reports for management
Marketing Collateral & Design
- Design printed and electronic materials: product catalogs, promotional flyers, direct mail, email campaigns, social content, and customer-specific collateral
- Manage marketing collateral inventory and coordinate reorders
- Coordinate product photo shoots, including prep, styling, and checklists
Website & Digital Presence
- Maintain the company website (products, pricing, images, and content)
- Optimize content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns
- Support new customer registration and website troubleshooting
- Liaise with the web hosting provider on updates and changes
Email & Social Media Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation and performance analysis
- Develop and execute social media strategy to grow engagement and event attendance
- Create content for blogs, newsletters, and website updates
- Coordinate direct mail initiatives from planning through packaging
Database Management
- Keep external industry databases current with product info, pricing, and images
- Monitor and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility
Tradeshow Coordination
- Coordinate tradeshow logistics: contracts, staff registration, travel, shipping, and setup
- Maintain tradeshow inventory and materials in organized, up-to-date condition
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads
- Handle post-show administration: expense tracking, lead entry, and follow-up reporting
- Travel may be required to our large industry shows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1- 3 years of professional experience in marketing or related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commute daily to McFarland, WI
- Physically able to assemble/disassemble tradeshow displays (up to 35 lbs)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development tools
- Experience with virtual and in-person presentations (Zoom, MS Teams, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot

Schedule
- 40–45 hour workweek, Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends based on tradeshow schedule
