Lucille, located at 101 King St. in Madison, WI, is seeking a barback to join the team.

Our ideal barback has:
- Experience with cocktails and working in high volume restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Stamina and dexterity - very fast & efficient
- Focus - Must be capable of taking constant direction from bartenders at what's needed in the moment
- Basic knowledge of bar tools and products
- To be reliable and highly consistent
- Good time management
- Strong ability to communicate and report to direct supervisors
- Punctuality
- A high standard of cleanliness in all bar areas
- Ability to work under pressure with focus, positivity, grace, and ease.
- Inviting personal qualities, is polite, confident, a great sense of humor and above all, enjoys working with and serving with people.
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Love of exceptional food, modern drink, and exquisite style
- Flexible schedule based on skill set and availability. Weekend availability is a must. Capability of working doubles on the weekend is an advantage. Applicants must have scheduling flexibility and willing to work on-call shifts in the case of inclement weather
- Must be able to lift items of 50lbs
- Is flexible, understanding that sometimes the scheduled end time of a shift may need to be adjusted to fit the restaurant's needs

Barback $16-$20/hr
