Our in-house Marketing & Advertising Department provides comprehensive creative, digital, and strategic support to our agents, helping them elevate their brands and market homes at the highest level.
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Advisor to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that combines creative design, marketing strategy, project management, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
This is a full-time, in-office position that will primarily support our Providence and Northern Rhode Island markets. The role will rotate between multiple local office locations as needed.
Position Overview
As a Marketing Advisor, you will serve as the primary marketing partner for our real estate sales associates, helping them market themselves, their listings, and the Residential Properties brand. You'll collaborate closely with agents to develop marketing materials, execute advertising campaigns, provide strategic guidance, and ensure every project reflects the company's high standards.
No two days are the same. One day you may be designing luxury property brochures and coordinating digital campaigns, while the next you're advising agents on marketing strategy, troubleshooting technology, or collaborating with the creative team on company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing advisor for agents throughout the Greater Providence and Northern Rhode Island markets.
- Build strong relationships with sales associates by providing exceptional customer service, marketing expertise, and responsive support.
- Daily responsibilities would include:
- Executing assets
- Building and filling templates
- Producing custom collateral
- Maintaining brand standards
- Managing asset production
- Assist in designing high-quality marketing collateral including:
- Property brochures
- Custom flyers
- Direct mail campaigns
- Custom email templates
- Print advertisements
- Listing presentations
- Open house materials
- Digital graphics and social media assets
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Assist agents in developing strategic marketing plans for listings and personal branding initiatives.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including social media advertising, retargeting campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.
- Apply best practices for digital marketing, including basic SEO and audience targeting.
- Utilize CRM and email marketing platforms to execute campaigns and support agent communications.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Advertising Department on company-wide campaigns, branding initiatives, events, and special projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to agents on marketing tools and company resources.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, graphic design, advertising, or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design and layout skills.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising, paid social media, retargeting, and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and perform well under deadlines.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Video editing and multimedia production experience.
- Experience in the real estate, luxury, or professional services industry.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and campaign management.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
