Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS system CLOVER to process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals in accordance with health guidelines
- Opening/Closing Procedures
Skills
- Previous Barista Experience wanted
- Ability to multitask
- Food Handlers Certification
