EPIC/APeX strongly preferred.Experience in healthcare, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and medical record data abstraction.Experience in ambulatory settings. Prior experience with appointment, ancillary service, or surgical scheduling.Bilingual or multilingual capability (Spanish, Cantonese, and Russian).
