Position Description: Member Services Specialist (Full-Time)
The Great Northwest Community Improvement Association is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Member Services Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors. This role provides exceptional customer service, assists homeowners with membership services, processes payments, answers phones, and supports daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist homeowners and visitors with membership services and general inquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests
- Process assessment payments and other office transactions
- Maintain records and assist with administrative projects
- Support community events and special projects as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and provide professional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Basic cash handling or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.
