Keller Williams Realty West Atlanta is seeking a Market Center Tech Trainer (MCTT) to lead technology education and productivity training for our agents. This isn't an IT position—it's a coaching, training, and leadership role focused on helping real estate professionals build bigger businesses through technology.
You'll become one of the faces of our Market Center, working alongside leadership to help agents embrace Keller Williams technology, implement proven systems, and increase their productivity.

What You'll Do
As our Market Center Tech Trainer, you'll educate, coach, and support our agents through a variety of training opportunities, including:
- Teach engaging in-person and Zoom classes on Keller Williams Command and related technology.
- Conduct one-on-one technology onboarding sessions for every new agent joining the Market Center.
- Provide scheduled tech support appointments to help agents troubleshoot and implement technology.
- Create and maintain office SmartPlans, templates, and technology resources for agents.
- Develop video tutorials and an on-demand learning library for continued agent education.
- Present quick technology tips and updates during Market Center meetings.
- Market your classes through email, social media, flyers, and internal communications.
- Track class registrations, attendance, and agent engagement.
- Assist leadership with technology initiatives and special projects.
- Help teach Ignite and other productivity programs when applicable.
- Stay current on Keller Williams technology updates, AI tools, and industry trends.
- Serve as a trusted technology coach for agents at every stage of their business.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active Georgia Real Estate License
- Keller Williams agent preferred
- Strong knowledge of KW Command
- Experience teaching classes, coaching, or public speaking
- Comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, Canva, Loom, Microsoft Office, and social media
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Schedule
This is a flexible, part-time position with a combination of in-office and virtual responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Recurring technology classes
- New agent onboarding appointments
- Scheduled tech support sessions
- Leadership meetings
- Team meeting participation
- Special projects and events as needed
