We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance of all flooring types.
- Assist with cooking or food preparation when required, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow established protocols for commercial cleaning to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Skills
- Strong custodial skills with a keen eye for detail in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Experience in carpet cleaning and floor care techniques is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to sanitize areas effectively using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Basic cooking skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is advantageous.
