We are looking for energetic, self-driven Sales Representatives who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping homeowners bring their vision to life.
Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, meeting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process while ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community events, social media, and prospecting.
- Respond promptly to company-generated leads.
- Schedule and conduct in-home or virtual consultations.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best home improvement solutions.
- Present products, project options, pricing, financing, and timelines.
- Prepare and explain project proposals and estimates.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close sales professionally and ethically.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project management teams after contracts are signed.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping homeowners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
Preferred
- Previous sales experience (home improvement, remodeling, construction, real estate, retail, or related industries).
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of residential remodeling or construction.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
