Senior QuickBooks Implementation & Accounting Advisory Consultant (Remote)
Full-Time | $70,000–$95,000 base + quarterly bonus

About the Role
Fourlane is seeking a Senior QuickBooks Implementation & Accounting Advisory Consultant to lead complex accounting system implementations and deliver high-level financial systems consulting.
You will partner directly with business owners and leadership teams to stabilize, optimize, and scale financial operations across QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and ERP platforms (Acumatica, NetSuite).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex QuickBooks implementations, migrations, and multi-entity consolidations
- Perform advanced file cleanup, rebuilds, and reporting optimization
- Redesign accounting workflows and improve month-end close processes
- Serve as senior advisor on accounting systems strategy and best practices
- Manage projects independently and mentor junior consultants
- Maintain 90% billable utilization
Qualifications
- 7–9 years of accounting or financial systems consulting experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online & Desktop expertise
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- High proficiency in Excel
- Experience leading client-facing engagements
Preferred: ERP experience (Acumatica or NetSuite), Salesforce
