Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Property Manager specializing in Homeowners Associations (HOA). This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in property management, customer service, and legal administrative processes within a vibrant community-focused environment. Responsibilities
· Review invoices daily
· Meet with Assistants daily for pending matters and key follow up items
· Work with homeowners and board members for questions or issues
· Review proposals for projects
· Extensive review of community financials
· Submit reclasses
· Review and address violations
· Draft policies and ensure they are properly recorded
· Oversee gate calls
· Oversee daily operations of each community in our portfolio
· Work with accounting
· Annual budget preparations
· Coordinate Board, Fine, and Annual Meetings
· Review and bind insurance renewals annually for each community
· Review community correspondence including community and meeting notices
· Work with board on special projects
· Walk communities with board members and vendors.
· Ensure all proper documentation including meeting minutes, final budgets and notices are uploaded to community website.
Manage and respond to heavy email volume and phone calls.
· AR Collections for delinquent accounts
· Finalize Payment plans for delinquent accounts.
· Track all correspondence whether digital or via phone.
· Monitor water bills and oversee leak adjustments
· Finalize bid comparisons for projects and share with board.
· Walk final projects when complete.
· Execute and maintain contracts and ensure uploaded to community files
· Managers are on call two weeks per year after 5pm and weekends.
· Ensure all tasks are completed for each community monthly as the manager is responsible for their portfolio.
· Ensure all records are complete and accurate.
· Monthly management reports for builders and communities in portfolio.
· File insurance claims
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
