- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients across diverse markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to deal closing.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to stay ahead in the competitive construction sales landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially within construction and excavating industries.
- Strong background in marketing techniques, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies such as door-to-door campaigns.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases.
- Familiarity with CRM software or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Technical sales experience related to Construction or Excavating, including understanding of system installation or technical specifications.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate oneself and others in a competitive environment.
