Job Summary

Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization for incoming guests
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs regularly
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Ensure in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their requests
- Assist servers by delivering food promptly from the kitchen to tables
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and providing excellent guest service
- Hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous for understanding guest expectations and delivering memorable experiences
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling while following safe practices
