About OX Floors
OX Floors is a rapidly growing concrete coatings company with 7 offices and expanding into new markets. We are building our team and are looking for experienced concrete coating installers ready to step into a Lead Installer / Crew Leader role.

This is not an entry-level position. If you have hands-on experience installing epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, or similar concrete coating systems, we want to talk to you.
Training & Certification
Every OX Floors Crew Leader completes structured, hands-on training at the OX Floors Training Center.
Even experienced installers participate in our training program to learn our specific systems, equipment, processes, and quality standards.
Training includes:
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Concrete and crack repair
- Coating mixing and application
- Polyurea and polyaspartic systems
- Flake broadcast and topcoat application
- Professional equipment operation
- Job-site safety
- Quality control
- Crew leadership
Successful completion earns the company-issued designation:

What You'll Do
As a Lead Concrete Coating Installer / Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading residential coating projects from preparation through completion.
Installation & Production
- Lead residential concrete coating installations
- Grind and properly prepare concrete surfaces
- Complete concrete and crack repairs
- Mix and apply coating systems
- Broadcast decorative flake and apply topcoats
- Operate professional grinding and coating equipment
- Maintain production efficiency while meeting company quality standards
Crew Leadership
- Lead your installation crew on every project
- Keep the crew organized, productive, and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient jobsite
- Ensure all work follows OX Floors installation procedures
- Inspect completed work and address issues before leaving the jobsite
Equipment & Customer Experience
- Properly operate and maintain company equipment
- Maintain the company trailer and installation tools
- Deliver a professional, respectful homeowner experience
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Ensure every project meets OX Floors quality standards
Our projects include garages, patios, driveways, walkways, and other residential concrete surfaces.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Proven experience installing concrete coatings, epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, or similar systems
- Experience with professional floor grinders and surface preparation equipment
- Strong work ethic and a money-motivated, performance-driven mindset
- Pride in workmanship and commitment to doing the job right the first time
- Ability to lead a job while maintaining high-quality standards
- Reliable full-size truck capable of safely towing a company trailer
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable work history and strong references
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction work in Florida conditions
- Must live within daily commuting distance of Jacksonville, FL
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Monday–Saturday availability as business needs require
Preferred
- Previous crew leadership experience
- Experience leading residential concrete coating projects
- Experience training or supervising installation employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
