Position Summary
Professional Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boerne, TX. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, this role involves implementing individualized care plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment. We maintain sustainable daily caseload expectations to ensure optimal patient outcomes and standard-of-care compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans as established by the evaluating Physical Therapist.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities focusing on movement, performance, and long-term results.
- Monitor and report patient progress or adverse responses to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for all patient encounters.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care.
- Actively participate in continuous professional growth.

- Base Salary: $30 to $32 per hour (commensurate with clinical experience).
