Position Highlights:
Start Date: September 8th
Payrate:
English - $18/hour
Bilingual - $20/hour
Training: 7 weeks classroom + 7 weeks nesting/transition
Additional Shift Differential (Post Training):
Monday–Friday: Additional $1/hour for hours worked after 3:00 PM EST
Weekends: Additional $3/hour for all hours worked.
Schedule:
- Training & Nesting (Paid)
- Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer and agent contacts.
- Answer questions and resolve policy-related concerns.
- Explain policy information and required documentation.
- Research information and use available resources to resolve issues.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
License Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
- Resident license must match your current state of residence
- License/CE should remain valid for at least 60 days.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Work-From-Home Requirements:
- Minimum 40 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Wired connection from your router to your PC
- No satellite, wireless, or hotspot internet
