Job Overview
We are hiring a Shipper & Sorter to become a key part of our growing Whatnot, eBay Live, and TikTok Live fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately sorting, organizing, and packaging 50-150+ daily orders generated from live sales.
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail. You will match usernames to the correct items, print shipping labels directly from Whatnot, and prepare USPS shipments daily. Accuracy is critical, as many of our items are small and high-value.

Responsibilities
- Sort dozens of usernames and match items to the correct orders
- Accurately pick, verify, and package 50–150+ orders per day
- Print USPS shipping labels directly from the Whatnot platform
- Prepare and organize outgoing USPS shipments for daily drop-off
- Double-check packages for correct contents before sealing
- Maintain clean and organized packing stations
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking
- Meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail (very important)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic phone and computer skills (printing labels, navigating platforms)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability (5–6 days per week)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
